Where an employer wants to retain “hands on” for future hiring decision, Job Requisition is the form that is used by supervisors and managers to obtain approval before applications are taken to either fill or replace a position.

This form is a communication and request form. Its’ purpose is to communicate to top management the need to replace or fill a position within your department. This form should be completed BEFORE recruiting for the position begins. Approval from your department head and the President of the company or a designated representative is necessary.
